Not only does the American’s with Disabilities Act harm the very people it is suppose to help ( http://econ-www.mit.edu/files/273 ), but it allows frivolous lawsuits like this that at the minimum clog up our overloaded court systems, but typically result in extremely costly and ridiculous outcomes ( In Canada, an employee who was let go due to a disabling skin condition that prevented them from washing their hands in the specified ways and times required for maintaining a sanitary environment).
